1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Leansure (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QUITSURE FZCO ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Service

Leansure is a weight-loss habit, education, and motivation app designed to support sustainable, behavior-based weight management. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Guided Programs: Structured weight-loss journeys covering habits, nutrition basics, movement, and mindset.
• Mira AI Coach: An AI-powered chat coach that provides motivation, encouragement, and practical habit guidance.
• Habit & Streak Tracking: Tools to build and maintain daily habits and stay consistent.
• Progress & Weigh-In Tracking: Tools to log weigh-ins and progress and view trends over time.
• Nutrition & Mindset Lessons: Bite-sized, educational content to build food awareness and a healthier relationship with eating.
• Reflective Journaling: A private space for notes on food, mood, energy, and reflection.

The Service is available through our mobile application (iOS and Android) and website at leansure.app.

3. Not Medical or Nutritional Advice

Leansure is an educational and motivational tool, not a medical or healthcare service. The Service does not provide medical, nutritional, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other healthcare professional.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any weight-loss, nutrition, or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition or history of disordered eating, or take medication. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or experienced in the Service. We make no guarantee of any specific weight-loss result; individual outcomes vary.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for general adult audiences and is not designed for children.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@leansure.app if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Subscription & Payments

Leansure offers premium subscription plans to access the full range of features. The following plans are currently offered (prices are illustrative and may vary by region and over time — [final pricing — pending]):

• Weekly Plan: $6.99 per week, billed weekly.
• Annual Plan: $29.99 per year, billed annually.

In-App Purchases (Apple & Google)

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and payment is processed by Apple or Google respectively, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store. We use RevenueCat as our subscription management provider to validate purchases and manage entitlements.

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee for each renewal period. Prices may change, and where required we will notify you in advance of any price increase.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until that period expires.

8. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the Service, including journal entries, progress logs, chat conversations with Mira, and any other user-generated content ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and we will not use your User Content for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

9. AI Coach Disclaimer

Mira is an AI coach and is NOT a doctor, registered dietitian, nutritionist, therapist, or other licensed healthcare or medical professional.

Conversations with Mira, lessons, and all other content are provided for informational, educational, and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe distress, signs of an eating disorder, or thoughts of self-harm, please immediately contact:

• Emergency services in your area
• A qualified medical or mental health professional, or a local crisis or eating-disorder helpline

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or applicable to your specific situation. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for decisions regarding your health and well-being.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and other materials available through the Service (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Leansure name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Service.
• Using the Service to transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to access or collect data from the Service without our written consent.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others.
• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content in the Service without our express written permission.
• Using the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor that any particular health, fitness, or weight-loss outcome will be achieved. Results from using the Service depend on many factors outside our control and will vary from person to person.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
