This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations and refunds for Leansure subscriptions, operated by QUITSURE FZCO. We want our policies to be clear and transparent.

Leansure subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Because the app stores process these payments, their cancellation and refund procedures apply, as described below.

2. Subscription Plans

Leansure offers the following premium subscription plans (prices are illustrative and may vary by region and over time — [final pricing — pending]):

• Weekly Plan: $6.99 per week, billed automatically every week.
• Annual Plan: $29.99 per year, billed automatically every year.

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices shown are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout by the app store.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

(a) iOS (Apple App Store)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap "Subscriptions."
4. Select "Leansure" from the list.
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app by tapping your profile icon, then "Subscriptions."

(b) Android (Google Play Store)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions," then "Subscriptions."
4. Select "Leansure" from the list.
5. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Because subscriptions are purchased and processed through the app stores, refunds are handled according to each store's policy:

• Apple App Store purchases: Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be submitted to Apple (for example, via reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Google Play Store purchases: Refund requests are subject to Google's refund policies and must be submitted through your Google Play account.

Except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, or is granted by Apple or Google under their policies, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period.
